Your enquiry & privacy

MathCore Academy uses the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable mathematics programmes, and follow up about enrolment.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, optional email, student level, learning preferences, preferred contact time and learning needs. We also record your permission to contact you, enquiry date, campaign source, and a hashed network address to limit spam.

How your enquiry is used

The academy owner can view your enquiry in a protected dashboard, record conversation notes and follow-up dates, and track your enquiry through to enrolment. Website enquiries are stored on the website service; enquiries submitted through the separate CRM form are handled by that CRM provider.

Your choices

You can ask the academy to stop contacting you, correct your details or delete your enquiry. Use the contact options published on our contact page, or tell the academy when it contacts you. Joining the WhatsApp community is optional and governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy and group settings.

What happens after submission

The website displays an acknowledgement after your enquiry is saved. It does not automatically send an email or WhatsApp message. The academy can contact you individually using your chosen details.
